Secret de banlieue (2002)
Following the death of his wife and youngest daughter, a man grows obsessively protective of his remaining child (Joannie Lemay), a girl in the midst of puberty, to the point where he makes her ill with drugs to keep her sheltered.

Complications arise when the twelve-year-old next door befriends and begins having a bad influence on our heroine and her caretaker learns of her father's Munchausen Syndrome, threatens to report it and in the process gets herself killed by the man. How long will he be able to conceal the murder from his daughter's snooping pal?

Once I have finished with uploading L' Immoralita, I can go ahead and upload this one as well.

Just give me a little time.

No disrespect towards rmt@36, but while we wait for a DVDRip, I thought members might enjoy my SATRip. Unfortunately, Cvmc.net's warning on this film is not entirely accurate. I captured this movie on Bravo Canada, and they are not in the habit of censoring what they air on TV. Especially a movie that was made right here in Canada. However, there are still a few scenes that members might be interested in, including a truth or dare game that leads to kissing and a cop-a-feel. In any case, the two girls are young and cute, and are the main characters.

There is a slight flaw in my rip. About 9 minutes into the film, I accidentally hit the info button on my satellite remote. An information bar showing the plot can be seen for about 3 secs. I don't know if this movie will play again in the near future, so I release it as is. Nothing is missed though, not even subtitles.

This release is in French with hard-coded English subs.
