Did you do a hard reboot of your modem lately ? That may be the reason why emule doesn't work like it used to be. Can you remember when it stopped working well ? I mean, what was the recent change (change of plug, changes with the modem, new firewall, antivirus...)

"1/ Access your modem parameters" isn't that the thing where I have to go to 192.168.0.1, but doesn't work?

iv not done anything that im aware of. I re-installed windows a few months back after my hard-drive eventually died, but emule was working fine afterwards.

I just did this.........

Starting TCP connection test...
TCP test failed! UDP test will not be performed.

Connection test finished.
Results in detail:

TCP connection test failed.
It was not possible, to establish a TCP connection to your eMule.
Other users will only be able to connect to you with the help of a server, resulting in a low ID for you. While eMule still works, this will give you several disadvantages. Therfore it is highly recommended to solve this problem.

TCP failed because no port is open for your IP with this protocol. OK, it's double dutch for you... I'll try to make it clear with an image. emule is a dog. TCP is the little door in the door meant to let the dog in without having to open the door. No TCP has been set up in the door (would be a High ID), so your dog has to wait for someone to open the door (Low ID). If you want High ID, you have to install a dog-door on your door. Is it clearer ?
To get your system information, please follow the instructions at this link : http://www.wirelessforums.org/how-tos/h ... 14744.html
