A movie about the last year in the live of austrian composer Franz Schubert. Mit meinen heissen Tränen is the name of the TV version, Notturno is the title of the cinematic version (and subsequently of the DVD). I have chosen the first because that is the name used by IMDb etc..

TV Version: 3 Episodes ("Der Wanderer", "Im Reich des Gartens", "Winterreise"); 285 min. (IMDb) , 278:41 min (German Free-TV Channel 3Sat "unshortened")
Cinematic Version: 2 Parts ("Die Liebe hat gelogen" 99:17min, "Winterreise" 131:04min) (that's the Directors Cut; another, shorter version exists)
DVD Version (2006): cf. Directors Cut ("unshortened" refers here to the heavily (!) shortened cinematic version, lol)

YouTube Playlist (maybe taken from the shorter cinematic version): https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... 690BFAA772

Directors Cut (aired by German Free-TV Channel 3Sat, 480x360):

The point of interest is here the beautyful young actress Michaela Widhalm. I could not find anything about her, let alone her age. She is very hard to guess as she sometimes looks very young and sometimes more mature. But compared to adults she is rather "short", so I would guess her 12 to 15. She reminds me a bit of Katya Berger in Piccole Labbra. Since this is her only movie appearance (?), I thought I give you to the opportunity to watch it. If her screentime in the second part (hardly in the first) is enough to make the movie ontopic may be decided by others (and even if it is moved to Verified Offtopic - it's at least here).

Hint: Even if you do not watch the movie take at least a look to the very hot and long kissing scene in the second part of the online version (Part 11 of the playlist) - you wont regret it! ;)

People have often questioned what's "on-topic" - it's anything with children in it for more than a few seconds who perform a role a cardboard cutout can't fill. A drama about two adults who drive past a playground with kids in it probably isn't on topic if the story wouldn't change at all if the kids never appeared. If those kids suddenly threw a brick through the car window causing him to crash, it might[/] be on-topic if part of the story was what happened to the kids afterwards. If they don't appear in the film again, even though the brick was important to the story, it could have come from any other source - the kids were just incidental.

Determining if something is on-topic is subjective - one person's on-topic might not be another person's. We try not to be arbitrary, and even if something is deemed off-topic it doesn't just get deleted, it gets moved to Verified Off-Topic where people can still get it if they want. If you feel strongly something got put there by mistake, we'll also consider moving it back to the main forums.

If you think something is on-topic, it probably is and you should post it. It can always be moved later.
