I saw a movie-id request somewhere, about a movie about 11-year old children raised by robots, which eventually turmed out to be a movie called The Damned (1962)
I was wondering whether it's worth the troublle since they're played by older actressess (13) and the OT-ness is limited to below shots, of which only the last 4 are GM the rest is more BM ....the chilluns appear only in the last 30 mins or so, and the scenes are very brief.
Let me know.

The accepted upper age limit is 16 years old, whether it's the actress'/actor's age or the age of the character being portrayed if the actor is older than that. The exception is if that actress is obviously much older, i.e. looks like an adult, not a teenager. Also, FLM isn't limited to GM only. BM are also okay. The briefness of the scenes may be a stopper - generally, if children are only in a few minutes of a film and/or their presence isn't essential to the story, then it's probably not on-topic. Many/most films have children in them somewhere but that doesn't make them childhood movies any more than having a pig in a movie makes it an animal film unless his name is Wilbur and he talks to spiders.
The children in this film are essential to the plot and have a substantial amount of screen time. Their characters are supposed to be eleven and don't appear to be older. Nice find, Ziggy Plock.

IMDb wrote:The middle-aged American Simon Wells sails in his boat to Weymouth and stumbles with the twenty year-old Joan on the street. He believes that she is a prostitute but she is actually part of a scheme of a motorcycle gang to rob tourists. Simon is brutally beaten up by her brother King and his gang. The policemen find the wounded Simon and take him to a bar to recover, where he meets the military Bernard and his mistress Freya Neilson. On the next morning, Joan challenges King and meets Simon in his boat, and King and his gang hunts Simon down. Joan and Simon spend the night together in an isolated house and on the morning, they are located by the gang. They try to flee and stumble in a top-secret military facility managed by Bernard. They are helped by children and brought to their hideout in a cave. King falls in the sea while chasing the couple and is also helped by a boy and brought to the same place. Soon Joan finds that the children are cold as if they were dead. What is the secret of the children and the military staff?
