Re: Wasp - short[24.12]
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0388534/
Synchronized giving the neighbor the finger...IMDb wrote:Zoë is a single mother who lives with her four children in Dartford. She is poor and can't afford to buy food. One day her ex-boyfriend drives by and asks her to go on a date with him. Scared that he doesn't want to go out with her, she lies and tells him that she is just babysitting the kids. This will be her first date in years.

Re: [REL] Wasp (UK) short [24.12]
i ran across this the other night and edited it for a release, but after watching it I know I had seen it before, either it was released here and is mixed in with a bunch of shorts on a thread or I forgot to release it in the past.

I did the same thing. This one is also on youtube and like I said I have seen it before. Not sure if it was posted here or not? Anyway, you put it up front and in it's proper place.starfish21 wrote:there was a post here the other day with a link to 'short of the week' i had a quick look through the site, and found about 6 in less than 5 min.

Re: [REL] Wasp (2003) short [24.12] [UK]
I saw the title and I immediately screamed BABY! I remember this film vividly.
This one is appalling and sad and horrifying, a terrific short film. I will watch it again despite my baby-aversion. I was reading the IMDB reviews and had to laugh at the person griping about the low-budget little bit of CGI being unconvincing. Duh you fool it would have been even more awful to do that scene for real!
Thank you ghost!

I'm striking gold today. Thanks for all the bumps and upgrades to what appear to be classics, at least to me! Never heard of this one either. I can identify with the crying baby repulsion! I think I'll be able to handle this one as long as there isn't a baby birthing scene hiding away inside.
