There are several versions available on uloz. This one says it has Czech subtitles. There might be others too.

Normally one can rely on stand-alone subtitle files at Uloz to be Czech, but the one in your second link is actually Russian. I am confident that the video with Czech subtitles will be good, however.

This title is new to me, and I found English subtitles at opensubtitles, so I will have to check it out. Thank you epxoff for bumping the thread, and emuler for further motivating me.

It wasn't easy to find a software able to extract this format of subtitles but i did it with Ccextractor.
Thank again for help and for taking the time to search on Uloz.

English subtitles taken from opensubtitles and resynced for the jezevex release:

They seem to be machine-translated. The ONE correction I made was to change 52 lines with "jaundice" to "yellow", because "yellow meadow" made much more sense than "jaundice meadow."
