Ok, so let me see if I get this right. The acknowledge button is to be pushed by the person that re-shares... Or is it to be pushed by the asker to acknowledge that they downloaded the files completely? I just re-shared the Baby Beauty Queens and pushed the checks to say they are up, did I do that right?

You push the Acknowledge button when you reshare - that puts a check next to the request.

The idea is not to increase the work burden of admins, but to do things more efficiently and not get stagnant. One possibility would be to create a template for release posts, which could then be automatically added to the "database".
