I added a couple of phpBB 3.1 extensions to https://www.first-loves.com/beta/

Firstly, there is a shoutbox at the top of the index page.

Secondly, if you hover over a topic title, preview of the fist and last post is shown.

Do you think we would need something like that?

Seems to work fine. The shout box on the old board got quite a bit of use. Does it have a max number of lines? Chat on the old board didn't get that much use - don't know if it would be worth it to add something like that.

What does everyone else think?

I like all these changements
