Thanks for the suggestion, but sadly like the subs iv already tried, these are out of sink as well

Adjusting the sync of subs is very easy. Get Subtitle Workshop, load the subs.
1. In the movie, note the time of the first spoken line listed in the subs.
2. Now note the time for the last spoken line.
3. Edit>Timings>Adjust>Adjust Subtitles> or just ctrl+B
4. Set timing for the first spoken line.
5. Set timing for the last spoken line.
6. Click the 'adjust' button.
7. Save the changes.
